The online reservation process was quick and easy. The vehicle was clean, had half a tank of gas, and no foul odors.

Super easy to work with! Only downside was they didn't tell me until they took me outside to show me the van, was that someone had previously had an accident the week before and the side of it had a dent in it. It wasn't great to look at it but for what we used it for, didn't affect anything.
My selection of cars was a two and then I asked for a upgrade and got the same car because they had no other car available.. I needed a GPS and had to pay and the GPS didn't work. I got lost and it cost me extra money to buy another GPS.. I was truly disappointed since I used this service before and was surprised that I was treated badly by the young lady who was working with me, she asked me a lot of personal question, like where was I going, where do I work, when I told her I was retired she had a comment for that. I got to a point where I didn't answer her and told I am a regular customer and look in their records. Then she lied and stated my name wasn't there, but when I spoke to her supervisor who called me he stated he got my information from my previous account. First time I was disappointed with Enterprise. I use to brag about them now I am rethinking my view and may try another service.
I've rented from the Selinsgrove location a few times, as recently as this past week. The staff have been super friendly and quick to accommodate my need to extend my last rental more than once.
I have used them more often then I would have liked , no matter what they still helped me even when their inventory was low. I will never go to any other branch. Keep up the great work everyone!
