Went to kmart did my shopping got home items where not rung up at the right price. Went back refused to honor the discounts on the items due to store is not supose to have the item. Got full refund after argueing that I should since it was there mistake. Plus they are closing. By this time it was closing they locked the outside set of doors already. When I tried to open them I could not walked right into it. Never asked if I was ok or anything instead they called security what a joke glad they are closing there doors for good.
Decent quality products. Wondering how long it will remain open in light of the new store closings in the area
So I go into Kmart this morning at 10:30. I walk around the jewelry counter at least three times. The two girls that are about 10 feet away from me, that are working there, look at me and then go back to their conversation. The one was eating and the other one was drinking a large coffee. I had to go and ask her if she could help me and she came over and did help me. This is ridiculous customer service is terrible. That is why I would rather buy online then to deal with these people who go to work to eat and talk. No wonder they are going out of business
Store is closing. Bargains for stuff that is left. No tools or automotive items.
