Made a reservation for car hauler in Bloomsburg, Pa. My reservation was moved to here for some reason. I had to call to confirm that the car hauler was going to be there at pick up time I reserved it for, during which I confirmed vehicle information. Made the trip all the way down there and was told they couldn't rent the car hauler to me due to vehicle wouldnt fit. What was the point of filling out vehicle information and confirming that information if they weren't going to rent to me anyway. Completely wasted my time without a care. Terrible service. Completely turned off from using U-Haul in the future.
I went here to rent a car dolley. Every one they had there had something wrong with it that made me not rent it. Plus it took 3 days for the hold on my credit card to go away. I'll never go here again

I've stopped in here three times over the last few years thinking the service can't possibly be horrible every time, but I was wrong. The first trip I needed a trailer to haul a motorcycle. I could see several options sitting on the lot, but my business was turned away. The two most previous times I needed an appliance dolly to move a refrigerator. I stopped in two weeks apart and both times was told after several minutes of waiting for my presence to be acknowledged the ONLY appliance dolly they had was rented out with no return date or time and they would call when it was returned. Needless to say, I received no phone call and will never attempt to do business at this location again.
