Several other couples there waited more than 10 minutes to receive their food (that's not acceptable). They were not happy customers.
Service for me was within probably 4 minutes.
Guilty pleasure of deep fried fish, fries, chicken, shrimp, now even twinkies. Dab that grease off to feel a little better. They recently remodeled the place and added a pepsi version of freestyle machine and the staff is nice. My biggest complaint is the traffic out front, especially at noon and 5. At least this location is at a 4 way light so that helps getting out.
Place looks great and the service was fine. The food was nothing to write home about and the fries were old and cold. Didn't regret stopping though
Manager walked an elder lady's food to her table, offered her an arm and everything. As a customer service rep at a different store, seeing this first as I walked in gave me a wonderful impression. Everyone was nice and wonderful, they offered choices when we asked, gave us suggestions and took an interest in us when we mentioned were driving through Penn. Everything was clean and delicious!! I wish the Long John Silvers near me was this nice. Thank you!
Good food and good staff. Not so clean
Fish and tea were fine but fries had been under a heat lamp way too long (they were terrible).
Appears staff is under trained or under supervised.
